This is a bright spacious room with a cosy wood-burning stove for your comfort. There is ample space to relax and read, enjoy board games. Work stations in some of the cottages. There is also a TV, DVD and Radio. Comfortable chairs and a sofa to relax and dining table and chairs.

Dunshaughlin Self Catering are situated on a working drystock farm.
Each cottage is unique. We named them The Shepherds Nook, the Granary and the Herds Cottage. These were all parts of the farm buildings on this site dating back to the mid-1800’s.
Our bedrooms make snug and cosy retreats for couples and individual travellers. Our traditional country-cottage décor gives you the best of both worlds. Enjoy a rural retereat with all the conveniences of modern technology.
We supply a Welcome Hamper of Home Produce/Local Produce to Guests on arrival to our holiday homes. Each cottage also has a supply of Tea, Coffee, Milk to start you off. Linen and some cleaning products supplied.
We have a small kitchen garden, with fruit trees and bushes. We also have a glasshouse with seasonal produce. You are welcome to sample this produce throughout your stay.
